Aqara Window Door Sensor

Aqara Door Sensor will notify you of the opening/closing of windows and doors by sending a notification to your phone through the MiHome application. It will also turn on the backlight or alarm when opening doors/windows.

Connecting to a smart home

Aqara Door Sensor interfaces with other smart home devices through the Mijia Multifunctional Gateway. The sensor for opening a door or a window consists of two parts and operates according to the principle of sensitivity to changing the magnetic field. Due to the small size, wireless sensors can be installed on the desired door or window using a double-sided adhesive strip.

Comfortable minimalism

The body of both parts of the sensor is made of white matte plastic. On the door or window, the sensor is attached using a double-sided adhesive tape that is already on the back of the sensor.

On the body of the device, you can see two holes — an indicator LED (located on the top cover), and a button for pairing the sensor with the Mijia Multifunctional Gateway (on the end). In this model, the working distance is 22 millimeters.

Convenient operation

The smart sensor will turn on and off the light in the room, as soon as you go into it or go out. In addition, if you are away from home, the sensor can turn on video recording and sound a beep.

All work with the system is carried out through the proprietary mobile application Smart Home.
