So simple to do for such a company like that. Make a so good product and don't translate the manual and app access ? Amazing... Please, be sure that will improve your brand and notice that I don't mention more sales but the institucional target.
Ruly 05 Oct 2015Configuring is not too hard, yes you'll have to Google for the guide somewhere but you'll succeed somehow. Only took me minutes to set it up and I don't know mandarin. Everything working fine at first but the last one month the notification stops working. Perhaps they stop serving areas outside China? The specs are great btw. I'm giving 3 stars because the notification stops working, otherwise I'll give 5 stars. Very good at telling you if there's movement in the monitored area
Chris-Greece 25 Aug 2015It's a good product, in a good price but it's very difficult to find the software, especialy if by this cam from Ebay seller that didn't send you the user manual!! I spend more than 4 hours to finaly get the info's i need, to make it work!! Unfortunately some other apps with English lang. never worked for me and also others too!! I read a lot of forums and no one finaly made it!! Everyone uses the Chinese version!!! Instead of all those, the camera has good spec's, good image, good zoom and also sound and infrared for the night!!

patricio 19 Aug 2015I have connection problems, my router is arris model, and the camera LED shows steady light blue but I can not connect with the app. all it says the camera is in Chinese and do not understand.

Blaze 31 Jul 2015The camera itself is nice quality, good build quality, etc. BUT the app is mainly (almost) Chinese, and there are very often network, server, cloud errors when connecting from EXTERNAL NETWORK (i.e. phone 4G, 3G) is almost impossible. Xiaomi should fix this, sometimes this camera is just useless when you can not connect to it unless you are on your HOME WIFI NETWORK. (whats the point in it then?)
