New Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 2 — Healthy Solution for Your Home

Xiaomi has presented a smaller version of its last year’s air cleaner model — the Mi Air Purifier 2. This smart device helps in solving one of the most actual problems of big cities — air pollution. It provides clear air to the homes of its customers ensuring more healthy life for them.

This filter will not take up too much space, it is only 512mm tall —around the size of an A4 piece of paper (the previous modification was 735mm tall).

In contrast to the last year’s model which has a dual-motor design, the Mi Air Purifier 2 will have a single-motor, dual fan construction. It features a pre filter, a HEPA filter and an activated carbon filter.

In comparison with its predecessor the Mi Air Purifier 2 by Xiaomi has better power efficiency and a really quiet performance — the volume level was reduced by 40%.

Xiaomi asserts that the device can effectively clean the air in a 23m2 room in just 10 minutes up to 99.7%. Its Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) remains high at 330m³/h in standard mode and goes up to 388m³/h in active mode.
