Hello, Robert! On behalf of Xiaomi Global Community, we recommend you to contact the seller and they should support you with more information, please. Thank you.

I have just purchased this YICARCAM but am having trouble with it and do not know how to do something with it. the two things are;- 1/ It constantly saying "You are drifting" and "Safety keep your distance" even though the car is not in motion or there is no other car or object in front of the car. 2/ When the car ignition is switched on the camera starts recording but after a few minutes it stops recording, In the instructions there is nowhere to drop the volume and I have to manually switch off the YICARCAM cause it will not stop talking. As the recording at of high standard I would like to use it but unfortunately cannot. Please assist Regards Rob de Salis
